Description
"No nest seen. Thought they were bees, but then noticed their legs were yellow and they had much more definite bright yellow and black abdomens than normal honey bees. But they were only slightly bigger than a bee. Does this sound like the German wasp? I don't actually want anyone to come and look during the lockdown. More just looking for advice as to whether these are likely the German wasps and if I should look for a nest, worry about them, etc or just leave them alone. Was two of them that I saw, buzzing on the lavender flowers."
